Ashiatsu Barefoot bar Therapy
I specialize in barefoot massage therapy. The client relaxes on a comfortable massage table while I stand on the table holding onto overhead bars for balance and leverage, using my feet to deliver the massage. The advantage of this massage, it allows gravity to do the work. Leveraging the therapist's bodyweight to provide a depth unmatched by other techniques. Ashiatsu offers deep, broad compression without sharp discomfort.
Crossfiber Corrective Muscle Therapy
I deliver a system of detailed cross-fiber strokes to the entire body in a succession of three passes. This technique maximizes the body’s own healing responses, one which facilitates both localized and systemic results. This technique is effective in addressing the underlying causes of pain, structural imbalance, and a broad range of muscular and soft-tissue conditions.
Graston Technique
GT incorporates the use of 6 stainless steel instruments to aid in the detection and treatment of soft tissue dysfunction. GT is an evidence-based method of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) that is combined with rehabilitative exercises to improve musculoskeletal function.

I started my career as a respiratory therapist and when I became pregnant furthered my education in massage therapy. For nine years I worked in a hospital on post partum and labor and delivery offering all our new moms a complimentary 15 minute massage. I started my career as a respiratory therapist and when I became pregnant furthered my education in massage therapy. For nine years I worked in a hospital on post partum and labor and delivery offering all our new moms a complimentary 15 minute massage. I have worked in a world renowned spa, country club and chiropractic office in total 23 years.
I wanted to focus my practice on outcomes vs relaxation, so I studied Pfrimmer Deep muscle massage also know as Cross fiber Corrective Muscle Therapy in 2003.
In 2010 I found a way to extend my career through Ashiatsu, a form of barefoot massage.
2021 I studied Graston Technique, an instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization.
My love for learning about the miracle of the body will keep me continuing my education.
